From May 14th to 17th, 2024, the AKG Group Conference brought together AKG employees from around the world.

The conference week was marked by intensive discussions, strategic talks, and forward-looking decisions.

The week kicked off on Tuesday, May 14th, 2024, with the EV Workshop. This workshop provided a platform to discuss the latest developments and challenges in the electric vehicle sector, serving as a valuable start to the conference.

On Wednesday, May 15th, 2024, the Sales Conference took place, uniting our sales representatives from various countries. In addition to welcoming new team members, important topics such as the development of our production sites, setting our goals, regional strategies, and challenges in sales and engineering were thoroughly discussed.

Thursday, May 16th, 2024, was dedicated to the Plant Managers Meeting. Plant managers from all AKG sites gathered to discuss current production issues and make important decisions for the future. Simultaneously, the Global Key Account Summit was held, offering an excellent opportunity to engage with our key global customers about their needs and expectations.

The grand finale of the Group Conference was the Strategy Meeting on Friday, May 17th, 2024. Here, we had the opportunity to discuss global risks and opportunities, rethink our innovation strategies, and assess our progress in digitalization.

Overall, the AKG Group Conference 2024 was a tremendous success. The week was filled with constructive conversations and new insights that will drive our company forward.
