Shaping the Future Together
From May 14–16, 2025, the AKG Group Conference took place at our headquarters in Hofgeismar. Colleagues and leaders from around the world came together to discuss key topics and lay the foundation for our company’s continued development.
The conference began on May 14 with the Sales Conference, where global sales activities, new approaches, and market opportunities took center stage.
On May 15, the Plant Managers' Meeting focused on current production-related topics. At the same time, the Global Key Account Summit enabled in-depth discussions about customer needs, market dynamics, and cooperation opportunities.
The final day, May 16, was dedicated to the Strategy Meeting. Topics included global market trends, our evolving corporate vision, and the analysis of risks and opportunities. Interactive workshops encouraged collaborative thinking and the development of actionable ideas.
