Hofgeismar, May 2023 - The annual AKG Group Conference took place in Hofgeismar from May 10th to 12th and was a resounding success. The conference brought together significant events such as the Plant Managers' Conference, the Strategy Meeting, and the Sales Conference.

On May 10th, the Plant Managers from all AKG production sites gathered in Hofgeismar for the Plant Managers' Conference. This important event provided Plant Managers with a valuable platform to exchange experiences, share best practices, and develop new strategies. The intensive discussions contributed to improving efficiency and collaboration among the production sites.

The following day, May 11th, the Strategy Meeting took place, where important steps, challenges, and visions were discussed. Executives took advantage of the open discussion round to exchange ideas and develop approaches for the further development of the AKG Group.

The Sales Conference concluded the series of events, focusing on discussing important sales topics among the various locations within the company. Each location seized the opportunity to present their current situation and the promising opportunities that lie ahead. The conversations and networking among sales employees strengthened collaboration and fostered a successful Sales Conference.
