Last Saturday, the AKG Summer Festival took place at the Hofgeismar site under bright summer conditions.

At the beginning of June, we were proud to participate as exhibitor and sponsor at the European EV Thermal Management Summit & Show in Düsseldorf.

We are proud to share that on June 5, 2026, AKG Thermotechnik Lettland was recognized by the Latvian State Environmental Service (Valsts vides dienests) for its long-term contribution to promoting “Zaļā izcilība” (Green Excellence).

As part of this year’s AKG Group Conference, yesterday’s AKG Strategy Meeting brought together colleagues and executives from across the AKG Group to exchange ideas, perspectives, and strategic priorities for the future.

Two intense and inspiring days at Data Centre World Frankfurt are behind us.

Our team will be in the South Hall with the fluid systems exhibitors, showcasing integrated thermal management solutions for construction and off-highway equipment.

As part of the new degree program “Sustainable Electromobility” (Faculty 15, Prof. Friebe), a special project is taking shape at the University of Kassel: A Volkswagen Beetle is being fully converted to electric drive – with a targeted range of around 150 km. Completion is planned for this summer.
