Video surveillance is used for visual monitoring and remote control of the outside gates. This is done in accordance with the Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
Video recordings are stored on the video server for a 48 hour period for use in the event of criminal activity or accidents. These recordings are then permanently deleted.

Data is only shared with third parties where required by law. Data is not transferred to third countries.

You have a right to request confirmation from the responsible parties that your personal data is being processed; if this is the case, you have a right to information concerning this personal data and to specific types of information listed in Art. 15 GDPR.

You have the right to request from the responsible party that inaccurate information relating to you be promptly corrected and if necessary that your incomplete personal data be completed (Art. 16 GDPR).

You have the right to request immediate deletion of your personal data by the responsible party provided that one of the reasons individually listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. when the data is no longer needed for the relevant purposes (right to deletion).

You have the right to request of the responsible party a limitation in the scope of processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR applies, e.g. if you have objected to processing, for the duration of the review by the responsible party.

You have the right to object at any time to block the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation. In this case the responsible party will no longer process your data unless they are able to cite compelling reasons for processing it that outweigh the interests, rights and liberties of the affected person, or if the processing is being used in exercising or defending legal claims (Art. 21 GDPR).

You further have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR (Article 77 GDPR). You may exercise this right with a regulatory agency in the Member State of your residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement. In Hesse, the responsible supervisory authority is:
