On Wednesday, June 15, 2022, the inauguration of the new plant in Lagos de Moreno was officially celebrated. The official inauguration was attended by Managing Director Maximilian Henze and Finance Director Ralf Hutter.

On the path to climate-neutral flight – the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action is funding a project to further develop hydrogen fuel cell technology. Ten partners from science and industry are jointly promoting flying with hydrogen.

We welcome eight new trainees at the start of training in 2021. Four prospective industrial business management assistants, two technical product designers, one IT specialist and one electronics technician started a new path in their lives with us on 02.08.2021. We wish them all much success!

For the 20th time now, the State of Hesse's Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport and Housing and the Association of Hessian Business Associations (VhU) honoured special entrepreneurial achievements at the "Hessen Champions" competition. Prizes were again awarded in the categories of innovation, world market leader and job engine.

AKG of America received the Caterpillar Award for Supplier Quality Excellence Process (SQEP) Certification at the Bronze level. Caterpillar developed this program to select, evaluate, and certify strategic suppliers. These strategic partners are certified through SQEP by meeting supplier performance standards, such as on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, innovation, and continuous improvement culture measured over a calendar year.

AKG will be attending "North America's Largest construction show" for ConExpo/Con-Agg 2020 March 10 - 14.
